Do you charge for a first meeting?
No. It is a conversation, not a pitch, and there is no obligation on either side afterwards.
What size of transaction do you take?
Our mid-market work starts around $150 million of enterprise value. Research and asset management have no minimum.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week. Confidentiality terms are signed before any documents change hands.
Do you work outside your listed sectors?
Sometimes, where we have genuine experience. If we do not, we will say so and suggest someone who does.
