Services

Advice that holds from the first meeting to the closing.

Five practices, run by sector teams who sit together, argue in the same room, and stay on the file until it is done.

Our practice

What we do, and who we do it for.

Every mandate starts with the same question: what does this company actually need next? Sometimes the answer is a financing. Sometimes it is a year of patience.

How we work

Three things, on every file.

Sector first

Fluency before ideas

We staff by sector before we staff by product. The team that knows how your margins behave is in the room when the structure is chosen, not after.

One team

The same faces throughout

The people in the first meeting are the people at the closing. We do not hand a mandate to a second string once the fee is agreed.

Timing

Judgement about when

Our most valuable advice is often to wait. We would rather lose a quarter of fees than take a company to market in the wrong window.

Coverage

Six sectors carry most of our work.

If your sector is not on this list, it is probably because we have only one or two teams in it, and we would rather say so up front.

  • Technology and software
  • Energy transition and power
  • Healthcare and life sciences
  • Financial institutions
  • Industrials and transport
  • Consumer and retail
